These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which incorporate our Privacy Policy and other documents referred to within these Terms, govern the supply of any products ordered by you on the Site and your use of the Site. By browsing, accessing, using the Site or ordering a product (“Order”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.  

1. Overview

1. This 2024 Sarah and Sebastian Wishlist Competition (Competition) is promoted by SARAH AND SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd (ABN 57 155 463 764) (we, us or our).
2. By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy.
3. If you are under 18 years old at the time of entry, your parent or guardian must read and accept these Terms and our privacy policy on your behalf. We will assume, if you are under 18 years old when you enter, that you have complied with these requirements. 
4. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
5. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
6. The Competition:
1. Begins at 8:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Thursday 21 November 2024; and 
2. Ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 8 December 2024

2. Eligibility

1. The Competition is open to Sarah and Sebastian Customers residing in Australia only.

3. How to Enter

1. This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part.
2. To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Make a SARAH & SEBASTIAN account if you don’t have one (sign up to database)
2. Create a wishlist to be entered 
3. Make wishlist public (reminder: not a requirement) 
4. Opt into the receiving SARAH & SEBASTIAN marketing emails
3. Multiple entries are accepted within the Promotion Period. 
4. We will not accept entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period.
5. The time of each entry will be the time and date of receipt displayed by our internal servers.
6. We may, at any time:
1. verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence); and
2. disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process.
7. Incomplete entries will be invalid at our discretion.
8. We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or late entries.
9. If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your identity or details and our determination is final.

4. Draw

1. There will be 1 winner.
2. The winner will be randomly drawn.
3. We will conduct the draw:
1. at our office at 5c, 32 Ralph Street, Alexandria, Sydney, 2015, Australia.
4. We may draw an additional valid reserve entry and record them in case:
1. an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn; and 
2. we elect to draw on the reserve entry.

5. Outcome

1. The outcome of the draw will be
1. notified to winners within 72 hours of the draw by email to the email address on the winners' Sarah and Sebastian account.
2. It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your contact details change.
3. Our draw is final.

6. Prizes

1. The total prize pool value for the Competition is AUD $5000 (inclusive of GST) in the form of a SARAH & SEBASTIAN Gift Card.

7. Claiming the Prize

1. To claim the prize a SARAH & SEBASTIAN team member will reach out to you to confirm that you have won. We may request your full name, phone number, nominated Australian delivery address.
2. The prizes must be claimed as offered before 28 days elapse after the winners’ announcement.
3. Any part of the prizes may be replaced with something of similar value or specification if it is unavailable or out of stock, subject to required regulatory approval.
4. A prize is not transferable, saleable or redeemable as cash, credit or equivalent.
5. You should seek independent advice, including financial advice, as implications (such as tax) may arise as a result of claiming the prize.
6. You must comply with all terms and conditions of use of any part of the prize.

8. Redraw

1. If the winner does not claim their prize within the prescribed time, we will conduct a redraw:
1. using the same method of draw specified in clause 4(B);
2. at our office at 5c, 32 Ralph Street, Alexandria, Sydney, 2015, Australia.
2. The winner of the redraw will be notified within 72 hours of the redraw by email or phone call to the information provided on their Sarah and Sebastian account.

9. Liability 

1. We are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, providers or equipment, software, traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination of those, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in this Competition.

10. Disruption to Competition

1. If, for any reason, this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned due to a Force Majeure Event, including where such circumstance corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, we may, to the fullest extent.
1. disqualify any entrant who tampers or interferes with the entry process; or 
2. subject to required regulatory approval, cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Competition, as appropriate.

11. General
