Suspended from our signature bold chain, the Lightning Ridge Opal Necklace I is a singular and unrepeatable addition to fine jewellery collections. Featuring a one-of-a-kind black Lightning Ridge opal – each stone is hand-selected by SARAH & SEBASTIAN’S Creative Director Sarah Munro – this piece is crafted in our Sydney studio from 18 karat solid yellow gold with a voluminous pendant setting.

Please note, the natural hues of each opal may vary slightly due to the unique nature of the stone.

  • High polish finish
  • Approximately 16mm x 12mm pendant
  • Australian opal
  • 2.36 total carat weight
  • Secured with clasp
  • Model wears 16"

Very fine metal prongs that hold gemstones are not invulnerable to damage through everyday wear. Knocking against hard surfaces such as the steel in door handles often goes unnoticed, but can cause these small prongs to move and gemstone loss can occur.

Please avoid bleach, chemicals and cleaners as these can damage the stone.
