We value the connection between our jewellery and its wearer and are proud of our enduring designs and innovative craftsmanship.

That’s why we provide a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering every piece if any damage occurs.*

*This excludes our LEATHER BRACELETS which come with a 6 month warranty. Whilst our Leather Sliders are covered under our standard 24 month warranty.

Beyond that period, our commitment continues with a lifetime repair service for a small fee, ensuring you can enjoy your jewellery for years to come. If repairs aren't possible, we also provide a recycling service, reflecting our dedication to sustainability.

Your SARAH & SEBASTIAN leather bracelet will maintain its unique qualities if the below care guidelines are followed.

Being a natural product each leather piece will have small variations and a tolerance of up to 3mm in length. Our LEATHER BRACELETS will acquire a patina over time darkening with use, this is a natural characteristic of leather.
