SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
SARAH & SEBASTIAN is pleased to offer SOLDERED™, Piercing, Repair, Clean, Engagement & Wedding Consultation and Fine Jewellery Consultation services (‘Services’) at SARAH & SEBASTIAN retail stores and pop-up events. These terms and conditions govern your booking and use of such services.
By booking or using our Services you indicate that you have read, understood and accept:

BOOKING
Bookings for SARAH & SEBASTIAN Services can be made online following the steps below, in-store or by contacting our customer service team at https://www.sarahandsebastian.com/pages/contact
- a) Visit https://www.sarahandsebastian.com/pages/services
- b) Select your service, location and preferred time and date
- c) Provide a credit card if required in case of cancellation within 24 hours, late attendance or no show
You will receive a booking confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder email on the day of your appointment. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details at the time of booking.
PAYMENT
Services are payable at the time of your appointment. For some Services, a credit card is required to secure an appointment time, which will be charged in the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, late attendance or no-show.
PIERCING LAB
During a piercing consultation, our piercer may deem that you are not suitable to undergo the service due to, but not limited to, one of the below reasons or questions listed in our release form.
- You will not be charged at the time of your booking, however, we require a credit card to secure your appointment. A cancellation fee of $50 will only be charged, with 24 hours of your appointment.
- For your safety, we only pierce with jewellery that is unworn and purchased from us on the day of your appointment, to ensure it meets our strict sterilisation and quality standards. If you are after a particular piece, please email piercing@sarahandsebastian.com or call our customer care team at 1300 050 220.
- Please bring photo identification for proof of identity and age.
- Persons under 14 cannot undergo any cartilage or nose piercings, only lobe piercings.
- The minimum age requirement for lobe piercings is 6 years.
- Clients under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; both client and guardian will need proof of identity and age, and relationship through the form of a Medicare card.
- This service is not suitable for pregnant clients, those less than 6 months postnatal, those who are currently breastfeeding, and those who have recently undergone surgery.
- By reserving the appointment, the client consents to sharing their details with us, which are kept secure and only used for providing updates on our products and services.
If it is decided not to proceed with the piercing service, no cancellation fee will be charged.
PIERCING APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
In case of late attendance, no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, the following fees apply: $50 for Piercing, Styling and Aftercare appointments. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked appointment, however, are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment for any reason and at any time, without notice to you. If we do so, we will provide you with a refund of the booking deposit to your original payment method.
PIERCING APPOINTMENT LATE ARRIVALS OR NO-SHOWS
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to a piercing service appointment, in order to complete a waiver.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your Piercing appointment, your appointment length will be shortened to ensure there is no disruption to the subsequent schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.
If you do not show up to your booked appointment, we will cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee of $50 to the credit card on file.
SOLDERED™
- You will not be charged $50 at this time, however, a hold will be placed on a credit card to secure an appointment.
- Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before a booking, subject to availability.
- In case of late attendance, no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, the following fees apply: $50 for a single SOLDERED™ appointment, $100 for double SOLDERED™ appointments, and $30 for a RE-SOLDERED™ Aftercare appointment.
- By reserving an appointment, clients consent to sharing their details, which are kept secure and used for providing updates on our products and services.
- Clients must be 16 years or older, or 13-16 years with a guardian present.
SOLDERED APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
In case of late attendance, no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, the following fees apply: $50 for single SOLDERED™ appointments, $100 for double SOLDERED™ appointments, and $30 for RE-SOLDERED™ Aftercare appointments. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked appointment, however, are subject to availability.

LATE ARRIVALS OR NO SHOWS

If you do not show up to your booked appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.
WARRANTY
If your SOLDERED™ jewellery breaks within 6 months of your initial appointment, please contact our customer service team at info@sarahandsebastian.com to arrange an Aftercare appointment, where our team will assess if your piece can be re-soldered. Make sure you keep your chain safe in the meantime.
If your chain breaks after the 6 month warranty period, breakage will be considered natural wear and tear and we won't be able to offer store credit or a refund. However, you may book a SOLDERED™ Aftercare appointment to have your bracelet re-soldered (if possible) at a cost of $30.
All SARAH & SEBASTIAN products come with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. In addition to this, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please find the terms of SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s current voluntary warranty against defects and warranty period below as well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. OTHER APPOINTMENTS
In the case of an engagement or repair appointment, if you are not able to attend, please provide 24 hours notice so we may release or reschedule the appointment time.
