SOLDERED APPOINTMENTS
SOLDERED™ ON THE ROAD appointments are available to book online here.
Yes, all SOLDERED™ ON THE ROAD appointments must be pre-booked online. SOLDERED™ ON THE ROAD is available for a limited time at each location; for this reason, we recommend booking in advance to secure your appointment.
Please check available locations and dates on our website and keep checking in case any cancellations or rescheduled appointments become available.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment to complete our safety waiver. We allow 15 minutes for each SOLDERED™ appointment to review the safety requirements, select the available styles and complete this service safely and securely.
We can solder one bracelet per appointment. If you would like to add a second bracelet we recommend booking a second appointment.
We can safely solder one bracelet for one person per appointment. If you would like to share this experience with a loved one or friend, we recommend booking consecutive appointments.
Due to the nature of growing wrists, the minimum age requirement for our SOLDERED™ service is 13 years old. Persons aged 13-16 are required to be accompanied by a guardian to receive this service.
PRICE
We require a credit card to secure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, late attendance or no-show we will charge a $50 cancellation fee to the stored credit card.
Signature chain rings start from $90, bracelets start from $180 and SLIDERS™ start from $80. You can preview the styles and prices in advance of your appointment here. SOLDERED™ chains and SLIDERS™ are subject to availability at the time of your appointment.

As a made-to-order business, our jewellery is often produced in limited edition collections. Our team of expert solderes will work closely with you to make sure you find a piece you love.
We do not reserve chains and SLIDERS™ in advance. We recommend looking at the range of options available here.
SOLDERED™ chains have been uniquely designed to ensure these can be soldered correctly. We cannot solder our bracelets with a clasp at our SOLDERED™ service. Soldering options are subject to availability on the day of your appointment and can be viewed here.
GIFTING & GIFT CARDS
Yes, a valid credit card is required to secure your appointment, however, you will only be charged in the event of late attendance, no-show or cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment time. SARAH & SEBASTIAN gift cards can be used at the appointment to pay for the full service.
To gift a SOLDERED™ service, we recommend purchasing a gift card for the SOLDERED™ Bracelet or Ring you would like to gift, starting from $180. Then the recipient of your gift can book their appointment online and pay for the service at the time of their appointment using the gift card.
SOLDERED MATERIALS
You can choose between 10-karat or 18-karat solid yellow or white gold for your SOLDERED™ chain.
Currently, we do not offer rose gold. As an alternative, customers can select yellow gold which has a similar shade.
Our range of SLIDERS™ are only designed to sit with our signature plain chain. Birthstone SLIDERS™ can be attached to all chains.
Absolutely. You can customise your piece to include a mix of SLIDERS™ in both yellow and white gold.
AFTERCARE
It is possible for your SOLDERED™ chain to break. SOLDERED™ bracelets generally last up to 3 years, however, depending on your lifestyle and the amount of care taken when wearing your piece, this timeframe can vary and breakage or stretching may occur during this time.
For 10-karat gold chains, avoid contact with Chlorine chemicals which can be found in swimming pools, hot tubs and household cleaning supplies, as exposure can cause the jewellery to become brittle and prone to breakage. If exposure occurs, rinse the chain thoroughly with fresh water and pat dry to avoid any damage.
Due to the natural properties of gold it is possible for chains to stretch between three and twelve months. If you find your bracelet or ring has stretched too much, book an appointment here to have it tightened.
SOLDERED™ bracelets and rings can be removed by cutting the small jump ring* where the chain was originally soldered. If you would like to have your bracelet or ring soldered back on, we suggest booking an appointment here and bringing your bracelet or ring with you on the day. *This excludes the Block Chain. In the event that you would like to have your bracelet or ring removed after we have left your location, you can book an aftercare appointment here.
If your bracelet or ring has stretched, we recommend booking an appointment here to avoid it getting caught on items. In the event that you would like to make changes after we have left your location, you can book an aftercare appointment here. To clean your bracelet or ring we suggest warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
If your SOLDERED™ bracelet or ring has gone missing within the first month of having it on, please email us at info@sarahandsebastian.com. Please include your full name, contact number, and location where you got your SOLDERED™ item.
If your bracelet or ring has fallen off and you have it, please book an appointment here where our expert solderer will be able to assess whether this can be re-soldered. In the event that you would like to make an appointment after we have left your location, you can book an aftercare appointment here.
Yes, SOLDERED™ chains are crafted in 10-karat or 18-karat solid gold which does not tarnish easily and can be worn with fake tan products.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
Please refer to your SOLDERED™ ON THE ROAD confirmation email, which includes the option to 'Reschedule your Appointment'. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting our Customer Care team. In the event of late attendance, no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
The only way to secure an appointment is by booking online. To view available appointments please keep an eye on our website here, which is frequently updated with available appointments.
If you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate your appointment, however, please note this is not guaranteed. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we will no longer be able to accommodate you and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Additionally, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card on file.
