SOLDERED APPOINTMENTS
SOLDERED appointments are available to book online here.
SOLDERED appointments tend to book out quickly during peak periods, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your appointment.
SOLDERED appointments can be booked up to three months in advance. Please check available dates on our website and keep checking in case any cancellations or rescheduled appointments become available.
Each SOLDERED appointment is allocated 20 minutes, allowing time to select from available styles, and complete the service safely and securely. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to complete our safety waiver.
We can solder one bracelet per appointment. If you would like to add a second bracelet we recommend booking a second appointment.
We can safely solder one bracelet for one person per appointment. For a shared experience with loved ones or friends, select the option to add an additional person to your booking. Our group bookings accommodate up to four people.
Due to the nature of growing wrists, the minimum age requirement for our SOLDERED service is 13 years old. Persons aged 13-16 are required to be accompanied by a guardian to receive this service.
PRICE
We require a credit card to secure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, late attendance or no-show we will charge a $50 cancellation fee to the stored credit card.
Signature chains start from $240 and sliders start from $80. You can preview the styles and prices in advance of your appointment here.
PRODUCT
You can preview the styles and prices in advance of your appointment here. Currently, we offer Yellow Gold, White Gold, and Black Rhodium. Please note that Rose Gold is not available for SOLDERED styles.
Due to demand and the unique nature of our designs, certain styles may have limited stock. Our team of expert solderes will work closely with you to make sure you find a piece you love.
Our range of SLIDERS™ are only designed to sit with our signature plain chain. Birthstone SLIDERS™ can be attached to all chains.
We don’t reserve chains and Sliders in advance. If you’re booking for a special occasion or making a group booking, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences, though we cannot guarantee availability.
Our SOLDERED chains have been designed for precise measurements and seamless soldering, tailored perfectly to your size. For this reason, we’re unable to solder bracelets with clasps as part of our SOLDERED service.
GIFTING & GIFT CARDS
Yes, SARAH & SEBASTIAN gift cards can be used to pay for your SOLDERED appointment at the time of service.
Please note, SARAH & SEBASTIAN Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively at our standalone stores and cannot be used at any David Jones location.
Our SOLDERED gift card makes it easy to give the SOLDERED experience. Available for purchase online or in-store, this gift card allows the recipient to book their appointment and use the gift card to pay for the service when they arrive.
AFTERCARE
Yes it is possible. Depending on your lifestyle and the amount of care taken when wearing your Soldered piece, breakage or stretching may occur.
If your SOLDRED chain has stretched, please book an Aftercare appointment to have your piece re-fitted and adjusted. This service is complimentary if it falls within our 24-month warranty
In the case of breakage, please keep your chain and book an Aftercare appointment. Our team will assess whether your piece can be re-soldered and restored to its original condition. This service is complimentary if it falls within our 24-month warranty period.

SOLDERED Aftercare appointments are available for your chain to be tightened, re-soldered onto the wrist, or in case you would like to add any additional SLIDERS™.
Due to the natural properties of gold, it is possible for your SOLDERED chain to stretch between 3 and 12 months after your appointment. If you find your chain has stretched too much, please book an Aftercare appointment to have it tightened.
SOLDERED Bracelets can be removed by cutting the small jump ring* where the chain was originally SOLDERED. If your chain has fallen off your wrist and you would like to have your bracelet re-soldered, we suggest booking an Aftercare appointment and bringing your chain with you on the day.
*Note: this excludes the Staple Chain which can be cut on any link.
To clean your SOLDERED bracelet, gently rinse it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then pat it dry.
For SOLDERED chains, we suggest avoiding contact with chlorine chemicals found in swimming pools, hot tubs, and household cleaning supplies, as they can cause the jewellery to become brittle and prone to breakage. If exposure occurs, rinse the chain thoroughly with fresh water and pat it dry to prevent damage.
If your SOLDERED bracelet has stretched, we recommend booking an Aftercare appointment to have it tightened, helping prevent further stretching and reducing the risk of the piece getting caught on items.
If your SOLDERED bracelet has gone missing within the first 6 months of getting it soldered, please email us at info@sarahandsebastian.com. Please include your full name, contact number, and location where you got your Soldered item.
If your SOLDERED Bracelet has fallen off and you still have it, please book an Aftercare appointment so that our expert solderer can assess whether it can be fixed and re-soldered.
Yes, SOLDERED bracelets are crafted in 10-karat or 18-karat solid gold which does not tarnish easily and can be worn with fake tan products.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
Please refer to your SOLDERED confirmation email, which includes the option to 'Reschedule your Appointment'. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment.
SOLDERED appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment time by contacting Customer Care. In the event of cancellation after this time, or late attendance or no-show, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
The only way to secure an appointment is by booking online. To view available appointments please keep an eye on our website, which is frequently updated with available appointments.
If you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate your appointment, however, please note this cannot be guaranteed. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we will no longer be able to accommodate you and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Additionally, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card on file.
