In this role, you will be working closely with our Creative Director and Product Director on ideation, concept creation, development and refining products ready for production.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Designing new products from concept and inspiration boards to final pieces
  • Responsible for all CAD aspects to get new products ready for production
  • Research and development of new mechanisms, clasps, connections and settings
  • Responsible for managing and meeting timelines in line with company design calendar 
  • Documentation of all relevant design standards and rules to ensure consistent quality of all S&S product. 
  • Enter and track all design materials ordered and used by CAD designers 
  • Responsible for creating style files for production, 
  • Ensuring safe backups of files to ensure company IP and assets are protected

  • Rectifying quality control issues and improving products using CAD tools.

We are seeking a Senior Designer who is a true design genius, someone for whom creating is at the heart of everything they do. 

This role will see you leading the creative development for Sarah & Sebastian, constructing and shaping concepts for multiple collections throughout the year. You’ll be responsible for pushing the boundaries of design while maintaining the brand’s signature aesthetic, ensuring each collection resonates with our discerning clientele.   • Research & Trend Forecasting: Stay at the forefront of global jewellery trends, lifestyle movements, and fashion forecasts. Use insights to inform design direction and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Mood Board Creation: Develop mood boards to visually communicate design concepts, aesthetics, and themes for new collections.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in design, ideally within a senior or lead role within jewellery or object design.

We are looking for a dynamic Client Experience Manager to manage our Customer Experience team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients luxury shopping experience online.

The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, implement personalised clientelling techniques, facilitate bespoke virtual appointments and lead our Online Customer Care Advisors to deliver outstanding customer experiences at every contact point.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee the management of inbound and outbound client communication through various channels including email, phone, live chat, social media and store comms.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer journey, focusing on delivering exceptional and personalised service.

We are seeking a permanent part timeDispatch Assistant to support the efficient shipping of our beautiful product to online customers and our 11 retail stores. Based in our Head Office in Alexandria. 

Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, you’ll ensure timely order processing, maintain stock integrity, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer commitments. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Pick and Pack: Accurately process online and retail orders, ensuring products are packed and dispatched on time.
  • Logistics: Manage parcel readiness, book couriers, and complete necessary paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
  • Organisation: Keep warehouse tidy, restock packing stations, and improve storage areas.
  • Stock Control: Assist with stock transfers, cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Compliance: Follow OHS policies, report risks, and implement recycling practices.
  • Collaboration: Support other departments and suggest process improvements during low-order periods.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Coordinator (12 month Fix Term Contract) to support the execution of our marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.

This role combines creativity, organisation, and communication to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and activations that connect with our target audience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Campaign & Event Management: You will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, including collection launches, new store openings, and brand-led initiatives. This involves creating innovative event concepts that balance creativity with a commercial mindset to drive sales, while managing all aspects of scheduling, planning, execution, and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead, Global Head of Brand, and Head of Philanthropy to execute brand-driven events and coordinate client-facing events with retail teams, including National Retail Manager and Store Managers. Additionally, you will write and produce all event-related materials, such as invitations, sales associate emails, and look books, while overseeing guest list management to ensure each event achieves its objectives, from awareness to conversion.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors (event suppliers, print/advertising partners) to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and event execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track the performance of marketing initiatives, prepare reports on campaign outcomes, and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years in a marketing or event coordination role, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or related industries.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in budget and timeline management.
